Aerogel is an amorphous material with 90-99% pores inside the material and has properties such as ultra-insulation/super-porosity/super-lightweight, so it is a promising material used in various fields such as energy, electrical electronics and environment. Daehyup Tech received the right for basic manufacturing technology of Aerogel materials from the Korea Institute of Energy Research in 2017 and succeeded in commercializing it by progressing it through additional research and development. |

Although supercritical drying technology, which is an original technology, has a long manufacturing time, limited production, and has a risk in the process of high temperature and high pressure, development technology of Daehyup Tech built drying technology at normal temperature and pressure to secure process safety as well as increased production simultaneously and succeeded in mass production due to short manufacturing time. |
